Well, we've done it again, booked an amazing trip. This time we're heading from Sydney to Perth on the iconic Australian train, The Indian Pacific.
A deal too good to pass up on the train was the thing that sealed the deal, and from there, we've added more days and then more days and now we're going to be away for several weeks!
As I've done in the past, I'm going to attempt to maintain a blog of our trip. It's always a vivid reminder to look back on and hopefully someone else reading it will enjoy being along for the virtual ride!
Also, to sweeten the deal, we're going to meet up with my cousin Jo-Anne who has very kindly agreed to drive for 5 hours to Albany to spend 3 full days with us and show us around another part of 'her neck of the woods', having already shown us around Esperance. Plans have been discussed and made, and all that's left is to traverse this wide, brown land of ours and see if all the planning pays off. I'm sure it will. Enjoy my trip!
